Keto Parmesan Chicken

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat well with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Keto Parmesan Chicken!
