COCONUT FLOUR BREAD (KETO Buns)

Material :
1 cup of coconut flour
1 tablespoon of Physilium husk powder
teaspoon sea salt
1 egg white
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup of boiling water
Method :
1. Mix all ingredients except water.
2. Then pour boiling water
3. Shape the dough to your taste
4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
5. Pierce with skewer, if still sticky, bake longer.

 

ROTI TEPUNG KELAPA (KETO BUNS)

Bahan :
 1 cup Tepung Kelapa
 1 sdm Physillium husk powder
 ¼ sdt Garam laut
 1 Putih telur
 1 sdt Baking powder
 1 sdt Cuka apel
 1 cup Air mendidih
Cara :
1. Mixer semua bahan selain air.
2. Lalu tuang air mendidih
3. Bentuk adonan sesuai selera
4. Panggang 45 menit dalam oven 180℃
5. Tusuk dengan tusuk sate, bila masih lengket lanjutkan oven lebih lama.
