Vegetable Soup

I used what I had in my freezer because it was cold and freezing here so I didn’t want to get out to the store.
1 lb ground beef
1 small/medium size onion
1 12 Oz bag frozen veggies
1 medium or 2 small potatoes peeled and diced in pieces
1 small head of cabbage (I probably only used half of it)
Spaghetti noodles (the amount you like)
1 can rotel
1 15oz can tomato sauce
Beef broth 48oz
Water, 3- 4 cups
Season and Brown ground beef and onions. Add rotel and I always sauté these with the ground beef for a few minutes. Add veggies, tomato sauce beef broth and water. Being to a boil and simmer. I added potatoes and veggies about 30 minutes before serving and the noodles about 15 minutes before I ate. The noodles will soak up some of the liquid so you may have to adjust the water/seasoning as they cook.
Season all to your liking, I used a Cajun seasoning blend, onion powder and garlic powder.
