Keto Garlic Parmesan Knots

 

Instructions:
For the dough:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals until cheese is completely melted and well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and salt.
Add the eggs to the dry mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Add the melted cheese mixture to the dough and knead until everything is well combined. If the dough is too sticky, you can wet your hands to prevent sticking.
Shape the dough into a ball and divide it into 12 equal parts.
Roll each piece into a rope and tie into a knot. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the knots are golden brown.
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Stir chopped fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into the garlic butter mixture.
Meeting:
As soon as the knots come out of the oven, generously brush them with the garlic butter sauce while they are still hot.
