For the filling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sweetener (such as powdered erythritol or powdered stevia)

For the chocolate ganache:

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
