Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or any other keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Add-ins:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
