cheesey potato soup This was my go to this morning. I let it cook all day in the crockpot on low. I also added a purple onion (I love onion haha) and about 2 cups of chicken broth. When it’s done I add bacon bits and a bit more cheese on top. So quick and yummy. Also makes a good amount at a decently low cost.
1 can cream celery
1 can cream chicken
1 can cheddar cheese
1 bag of shredded hashbrowns
Celery
Onion
2 cup chicken broth or stock
1 bag of cheddar cheese
-toss all into crockpot and cook 8 hours on low
Optional: add topping of bacon bits and cheese
