3. Once the hazelnuts are done roasting, transfer them to the blender or food processor. Begin blending on low speed, gradually increasing to medium, until the hazelnuts break down and form a smooth hazelnut butter. - In the blender or food processor, blend the dates and warm water on high until smooth. Set it aside
- When the nuts are done, transfer to the blender and blend on low. Gradually increase to medium until it turns into hazelnut butter.
- Add the blended dates and cocoa powder into the blender
- Start blending on low and gradually (and slowly) increase to high
- Stop the blender to scrape down the sides if needed. Be patient!
- Once the nut butter is smooth and glossy, its done!
