  • 1 ½ cups erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 4 large eggs
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Lemon Glaze (Optional):

  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol
  • Juice of 1 lemon
