2 T poppyseeds
1 t baking powder
½ t baking soda
¼ t salt
Zest of 2 lemons
⅓ c lemon juice (from zested lemons)
½ c unsweetened almond milk
¼ c melted coconut oil
1 t vanilla extract
For glaze
1 c powdered sugar
1 t lemon juice
