Ingredients
4-5 sweet potato clean and cut crosswise.
Olive oil
Pink salt/kosher salt
Dried thyme
Baking sheet
Parchment paper

 

 

 

Preheat oven to 400F
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle salt,dried thyme and drizzle olive oil generously on each half and place them cut side down (drizzle some more olive oil on top and give them good massage).
