Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 cup mashed blueberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
