**Almond Flour Dinner Rolls**
**Ingredients:**
– 1 ½ cups Almond Flour
– 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
– ½ teaspoon Salt
– ⅓ cup Sour Cream
– 4 tablespoons Butter, melted
– 2 large Eggs
**Instructions:**
1. **Preheat and Prepare:**
– Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Grease 6 holes of a square muffin tin.
2. **Mix Dry Ingredients:**
– In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together.
3. **Add Wet Ingredients:**
– Add the sour cream, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick batter forms.
4. **Fill Muffin Tin:**
– Spoon the batter evenly between the 6 greased holes of the muffin tin.
5. **Bake:**
– Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the buns spring back when touched.
6. **Cool:**
– Allow the rolls to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before carefully turning them out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
