Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1/4 cup erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
