Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, almond flour, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Crack in the egg and mix again until everything is well combined.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture and shape it into a fritter. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Place the fritters in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the fritters from the skillet and let them cool on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil.
  7. Serve the Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters warm, garnished with chopped parsley or your favorite sauce.
