  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
