Ingredients:

For the crust:

1/4 cup sweetener (erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit)
For the filling:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sweetener
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
For the cherry pie filling:
2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
1/4 cup sweetener
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch or xanthan gum (for thickening)
