For the buns:
- 2 cups almond flour

- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or any keto-friendly sweetener)

- A pinch of salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)

For the cross and glaze:
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
- A few drops of vanilla extract
