Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, crumbled bacon, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
