  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (such as oregano, basil, and thyme)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil, for frying
