Ingredients

To make the dough –

  • ▢3 cups All Purpose flour
  • ▢2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry yeast
  • ▢1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ▢3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ▢2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • ▢1 teaspoon Salt
  • ▢1 ¼ cup Warm water might need more or less

To make the Filling –

  • ▢10 oz Spinach chopped
  • ▢1 Onion finely chopped
  • ▢8 oz Feta cheese
  • ▢1 ½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper adjust based on spice level
  • ▢2 teaspoon Olive oil
