  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 inches galangal or ginger, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro and sliced green onions for garnish
