Ingredients:

1 bag of keto-friendly tortilla chips (or homemade keto chips)
1 pound of ground beef or ground turkey
1 packet of keto-friendly taco seasoning mix
1 can of refried black soybeans (a low-carb alternative to traditional refried beans)
1 jar of low-carb salsa
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup of sliced jalapenos (optional)
Keto-friendly sour cream (optional)
