Ingredients:

For the doughnuts:

  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol (or any other keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-carb milk)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the glaze (optional):

  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or any other powdered keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or any other low-carb milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (optional)
