Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas ( total 30 ounce – 3 cups)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil or use oil spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt – I used Himalayan Pink Salt

Optional Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika or red chili powder
