Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Tumeric
Paprika
Salt

Add olive oil to a pan, add onion and sauté. Then add garlic and spice blend. Cook until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Add in chickpeas, sauce, and coconut milk and let simmer for another 6-8min. Remove from heat and add a handful of spinach
Serve with rice or naan
