  • 1/4 cup almond flour (or other low-carb flour of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
