🍕here’s how to prepare them:

Clean the sprouts, cut a cross to facilitate cooking and boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes.

🍕Add the sprouts to a baking tray covered with baking paper and flatten them.
Add mozzarella, tomato sauce and basil, more mozzarella and cook in a fan oven at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes
