INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 450˚F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, 1 cup cheese , rosemary, garlic powder, baking soda, erythritol, salt, and pepper.
Cut the butter into the dry ingredients using a pastry cutter or 2 forks until a crumbly mixture forms. Using a plastic spatula, gently fold in the buttermilk until the dough barely holds together.
