German Chocolate Poke Cake (Keto)

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, yogurt, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until combined and pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and poke holes all over the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon.
Pour the condensed milk all over the cake and let it soak into the holes. Let it cool.
While the cake is cooling, place the chopped chocolate in a medium bowl. Heat the cream in a saucepan until bubbles form around the edges. Pour over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, stir until the chocolate melts. Allow the ganache to thicken for 5 to 10 minutes before spreading it over the cake.
Spread the coconut cream over the ganache, serve and enjoy
