How about preparing this wonderful tiramisu cheesecake as a dessert for your weekend?

🍰ingredients:

3 eggs
200 g of ricotta
100 g of robiola
200 g of spreadable cheese
3 tablespoons of flour (I KETOMIX plumcake) almonds or coconut
100 g of erythritol (if you use KETOMIX 60 g)
1 or 2 short coffees

 

In a bowl (or planetary mixer), beat the eggs for 5 minutes and gradually add the rest of the ingredients.

🍰Pour into an 18 or 20 cm mold covered with baking paper and bake in a static oven at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes – turn off the oven and let the cheesecake rest in the oven for half an hour.
