**Vegan Detroit Pizza**

**Ingredients:**

– 1 pound pizza dough
– 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
– 1/2 cup tomato sauce
– 1 cup vegan cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup vegan pepperoni, sliced
– 1/4 cup sliced black olives
– 1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper
– 1/4 cup sliced red onion
– Salt and black pepper to taste

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with a little bit of oil.

3. Press the pizza dough into the bottom of the baking dish and slightly up the sides.

4. Brush the melted vegan butter onto the dough, making sure to get the edges.

5. Spread the tomato sauce on top of the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.

6. Sprinkle the vegan cheese evenly over the tomato sauce.

7. Add the vegan pepperoni, black olives, green bell pepper, and red onion on top of the cheese.

8. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of the pizza.

9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
