Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute the garlic until it softens.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Do not overcook as it will continue to cook in the oven.
Remove the shrimp from the pan and place them on the baking tray.
Using the same pan, add the white wine, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 7-10 minutes or until reduced by half.
Gradually add pieces of softened butter, mix well and add to the sauce. After all the butter has melted, pour the sauce over the shrimp in the baking dish.
Sprinkle chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese over the shrimp. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
