Zuppa Toscana Soup

Low Carb – ketofied Zuppa Toscana Soup

it’s one of our favorites and our friend made this one!


1 quart chicken broth
1 pound Italian sausage
1/2 large onion
1/2 pound bacon cooked and chopped
3 cups chopped cauliflower or frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup chopped kale
1/2-3/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage and sautée onions, put into slow cooker. Add other ingredients besides kale and cream. Cook for 4 hours, add kale and cream, cook additional 15 mins and serve!
