Sex in a Pan


For the crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the cream cheese layer:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

For the chocolate pudding layer:

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

For the whipped cream layer:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, melted butter, chopped pecans, and granulated sugar to make the crust. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream, and spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. In yet another mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Spread the remaining whipped cream over the chocolate pudding layer.
  9. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top of the whipped cream layer.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
