Quick Pot of Vegetable Beef Soup

I peeled 10 small red potatoes and cut them into coin size. I boiled them for 15 minutes. They were just about tender. I fried up two pounds of hamburger with one diced yellow onion. I added in one small can of tomato paste, Around 4 tablespoons. I let it cook in the hamburger for about two minutes on medium heat as I stirred it into the hamburger. I added one small can of tomato sauce and one cup of beef stock with one packet of Mccormick beef stew seasoning mix. I stirred until completely combined. I added one can of diced tomatoes. I then added in the potatoes drained and two bags of frozen mixed vegetables. I added in 3 more cups of beef stock and salt and pepper to taste. I simmered it covered on medium low heat for 30 minutes.
