Peanut Butter Bread


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, peanut butter, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve the bread as desired, it’s great with a cup of coffee or tea.

  • The ingredients don’t match the graphic. Very confusing. I don’t know what the heck I just made but hope it turns out lol!
