Parmesan Salmon Salad!

Recipes And Direction ⬇️

2 servings of fresh salmon
2 Roma tomatoes
1 organic head of romaine
1/2 a small red onion
1 avocado
2 handfuls of crushed walnuts

For salad dressing⬇️
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Sea salt

For salmon⬇️
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Sea salt
.
DIRECTIONS ⬇️
Combine salmon marinade ingredients and pour over the salmon in a small baking dish. Bake at 400 for 15 min & broil for 3-5 min (until brown on the edges ).
Wash & chop romaine. Combine salad dressing ingredients. Pour over greens and toss well (save a little to pour over everything at the end). Top romaine with tomato, avocado, walnuts, sliced red onion, the baked salmon, spoonful of parm, and the rest of the dressing.
