No Bake Fudge Cookies


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup


  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour and cocoa powder until well combined.
  2. Add almond butter and maple syrup to the dry mixture and mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. Scoop the dough using a cookie scoop or spoon and shape into balls. Place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate the cookies for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Note: These cookies can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
