Loaded Broccoli

Keto Loaded Broccoli is a delicious and healthy side dish that is perfect for anyone following a ketogenic diet. Here’s a recipe you can try:


  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for about 2-3 minutes, or until they’re tender but still firm. Drain the broccoli and set it aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the chopped bacon until it’s crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chives until well combined.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched broccoli florets, crispy bacon, and the sour cream mixture. Mix everything together until the broccoli is well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake it in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
