Little Caesars Crazy Bread


  • 1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees F)
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frothy.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, and salt to the yeast mixture and stir until the dough comes together.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush it with the melted butter. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder on top.
  7. Cut the dough into 8-12 strips and twist each strip to form a breadstick.
  8. Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
