Keto Smoothie for Constipation


  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (such as raspberries or blackberries)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy immediately.
