- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup golden flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and eggs.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Mix in the golden flaxseed meal and chopped walnuts (if using) until the dough is formed.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Use a sharp knife to cut an X on the top of the loaf.
- Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
