Keto Cracker Recipe


-1/2 cup sesame seeds

-1/2 cup ground flaxseed

-1/2 cup almond flour

-1/2 cup chia seeds

-1/2 cup sunflower seeds

-1/2 cup boiling water

-1/2 cup olive oil

-1 egg white

-2 cloves of crushed garlic or garlic powder

-salt, thyme, basil, mahlep


-Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.

-Mix all the dry ingredients, add 1/2 cup of boiling water and continue mixing well.

-Add olive oil and mix well.

-Finally, whisk the egg white well and add it to the mixture.

-Press the solid consistency mixture between 2 greaseproof papers and place it on the tray as thinly as possible. (You can make a square shape with the back of the knife, like me)

-Bake for 45 minutes on the lowest shelf at 150 degrees.

-Wait until it falls to room temperature on the counter and take the crackers on a plate.
