Ingredients:
Profiterole:
3 Eggs
1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/8 tsp Salt
71g/ 2.5oz Cream Cheese, softened (I use Philadephia Cream Cheese)
Filling:
57g/ 2oz Heavy Cream (I use Aldi brand)
1 tsp Powdered Sweetener
1/4 tsp Vanilla
57g/ 1/4 cup Cream Cheese, softened
Note: Taste the filling after mixed, you may wish to add more powdered sweetener
Chocolate:
50g Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips, melted
