INGREDIENTS

  • Keto Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • Keto Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chicken bone broth
  • 1 teaspoon pink sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon organic garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon organic onion powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 pounds seasoned cooked chicken, chopped
  • (drained and rinsed) 2 cans Palmini angel hair noodles,
  • (divided) 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese,
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • (for garnish) Fresh chopped parsley,



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. With butter or olive oil cooking spray, coat a 9×13 baking dish, put it aside.
  2. Take a bowl (large) whisk together both onion powder, sour cream, garlic powder, chicken broth, salt, pepper, butter, and soups until it gets combined.
  3. Stir in the One cup of the mozzarella cheese, chicken, noodles, and peas; to combine until it gets fully coated, toss.
  4. Into the prepared baking dish, pour mixture and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese, cheddar, and mozzarella.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for Thirty mins, then remove foil and until casserole is hot throughout and cheese is melted, continue baking for another Fifteen minutes .
  6. Take it out from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
