Keto Bread | Dairy and Gluten Free Bread

Here is my take on the very popular Peanut Bread, perfect if you do dairy free keto or if you’re allergic to dairy or gluten.

***SET YOUR OVEN TO 350F/176C***

Serves 12

Ingredients:

256g/1 cup Peanut Butter (organic if you can)

9 Egg Whites/308g Carton Egg Whites/6 Large Whole Eggs

16g/1 tbsp Baking Powder

16g/ 1 tbsp Sweetener (Optional)

½ tsp Salt (Optional)
