Keto Beef Cheese and Tomato Pie

This delicious pie was adapted from the Diet Doctor’s Meat Pie 7g carb recipe to achieve a lower carb count of 5 grams.

Beef Tomato Filling only – 6 servings

Per Serving:

Cal: 314 | Net Carbs: 4g | Fat: 21g | Protein: 25g | Fibre: 1g | Sugars: 4g | Total Carbs: 5g

 

Ingredients:

¼ cup Onion, finely chopped

1 tsp Garlic, crushed

2 tbsp Butter

1 ¼ lbs Ground Beef

1 tbsp Dried Oregano

1 tbsp Dried Basil

3 tbsp Tomato Paste

Salt & Pepper to taste

½ cup Water

½ cup Passata

Topping: 1 cup Grated Cheese, 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, Sprinkle or Dried Oregano & Basil

 

Pie Crust – 6 Servings

Cal: 224 | Net Carbs: less than 1g | Fat: 18g | Protein: 7g | Fibre: 6g | Sugars: 1g |Total Carbs: 6g

 

Ingredients:

¾ cup Almond Flour 105gm

¼ cup Sesame Seeds 50gm

¼ cup Coconut Flour 35gm

1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder10gm

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 pinch Salt

3 tbsp Olive Oil

1 large Egg

¼ cup Water
