Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole



Keto bacon cheeseburger casserole is a known simple ground beef recipe that looks similar to thehamburger pie. Ingredi ents required for Keto Bacon Cheeseburger casserole:

· One pound of Butcher Box ground beef
· One cup chopped onion
· Two minced garlic cloves
· One teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
· Two oz cream cheese
· Two eggs
· One-two teaspoons mustard
· Half cup heavy whipping cream
· One cup shredded cheddar cheese
· One cup shredded white cheddar cheese
· One teaspoon Burger seasoning

 

· Salt and pepper suitable to taste
· Three slices of Butcher Box bacon in a cooked and crumbled form.
· One Kosher pickle

  • It should say to ground beef until it turns brown. Not until it turns pink.

  • I want to start doing Keto but I don’t know how I can afford to buy the food. I did Atkins several years ago & lost 42 pounds but when Covid kit, I gained it all back. This recipe looks sooo good & easy to make. Thanks

    • I made this and was a big hit with the family. I almost didn’t add the pickles but soooooo glad I did. Definitely don’t skip them. I was also wondering about the mustard part. What kind? Dry, yellow or Dijon? I ended up using yellow because it was all I had.
