Measures may vary according to what I have at home, but it’s something like:
– half kilo meat in dices.
– 3/4 chorizo
After a quick sauté, I add:
– 1 bag of 500 gram of chopped veggies (onion, leek, some bell pepper..)
– 1 carrot, diced
– about 2 potatoes, diced
Later I add 1 can of tomatoes, a glass of water and I let it be in minumum with the lid for about 30 minutes
– last, 2 cans of lentils!
Seasoning: salt, peper, cayenne pepper, 3 laurel leaves, chili.
